FAQs + Shop Policies

  • Are all your jewelry pieces handmade?

Yes, they are! I make all my jewelry pieces by hand with the exception of buying chains and findings like clasps. I either draw my designs first or I make them up as I create.

  • What are the materials used in your jewelry?

Any wire or metal used in my jewelry is ethically sourced and I only use Sterling Silver/925 Silver, 14K Gold Filled, and 100% Copper. I will occasionally use plastic ear posts for earrings, cord, leather, string, and stretchy material for products like bracelets and necklaces. I also use genuine and ethically sourced precious and semi-precious stones for my beads and occasionally Czech glass and Swarovski crystal.

  • How long does it take you to make a piece of jewelry?

It depends on what I am making. Earrings and rings can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour depending on the material and design. For necklaces/pendants and bracelets it usually takes 20 minutes and up depending on the design and what materials I am using.

  • Do you do custom/bespoke orders?

I do! If you can provide references as to what you would like I will do my best to accommodate you.

  • Do you accept cancellations, exchanges or returns?

I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order. I do accept exchanges as long I am notified within 2 weeks of the purchase and the product can be exchange with another of equal amount. I am not accepting returns at this time, however if there is an issue please contact me and we can try to work something out.

  • My jewelry got tarnished, how do I clean it?

You can clean tarnished silver or gold with a polishing cloth or home remedies of vinegar and water mix, baking soda and water paste and cleaning with a soft cloth afterwards. There are more remedies online and you can use this link for more: Cleaning Remedies for Tarnished Jewelry

  • My jewelry broke, can you fix it?

If a picture can be provided on what needs repair, I will do my best to repair it. I do not repair fine jewelry or things that need to be repaired by a jeweler. I only have the knowledge to fix the jewelry I make.

  • Your stuff is too expensive, can I get a discount?

I understand that my products might not be for everyone. People have different ideas of what they like and what they think is cheap, fair, or expensive. As a maker and an artist, I base my prices on my materials and the work I put into a piece. There will be times when I will discount my work if I need to make room for new things, but I cannot discount my work based on the sole factor of a person thinking my product is not worth the price. If you ever have an issue or if there is something you would like to purchase but cannot afford please talk to me because I am willing to do split payments and work with you so that you can enjoy and handmade piece.
